I'm very curious to know what this exploit is, but I couldn't find a different rating or review you made on our game. If it really is game-breaking, just say it here, and I can most likely patch it out in a couple of hours.
Sure, is not game breaking at all tho.
Basically since you can supervise the first and second dish without any mayor penalty, if the are both safe, and since the chef stops cooking if you have 2 plates, you can discard the 3rd after watching the 4th completely to check if it's safe and repeat. I was able to get to plate 20 doing this.
