Perhaps a way to get more potent, "concentrated" versions of certain ingredients? If you want to limit the extra scenes, you could have the "concentration" process "limit compatibility" with some/many other ingredients due to "the process removing certain intermediary compounds"? Same "compatibility issues" could be used to limit three-ingredient combinations, for that matter. Just throwing ideas out there, no pressure. I understand this is a lot of work, and most people (me included) aren't paying you anything for it. You have no obligations towards me. If I sound a bit nagging, I apologize.
