A cutscene in this economy?!? Amazing. I am usually not into these collect & upgrade games, but here I think that you nailed the pacing! The last shovel upgrade is absurdly fast and that was also very funny 😆 I really loved it!
Very small nitpick: fonts throughout the game do not look uniform (odd shadows in menus & 5th color black core text not on the pixel grid in the main scene). It is still a 5/5 for graphics don’t worry :)
