If you messed up and option or reach a bad ending will the game show or mention explicity or implicity that the girls end up with someone else romantically or sexually? Or the villains get touchy or grope the girls o undress them (sexual harrasment or rape)? Or are there any li in onlyfans or prostitution (only care if its a main girl, side girls or npc girls are fine)? Also any sharing or MMF? 1. This is a kinetic novel, so choices are very rare and mostly about who to have sex/add to the harem.
2. So far, there isn't an early (good/bad) ending; the game is entering the final phase of the halfway stage. IIRC, the next update should be the last one before the game's first timeskips, after that, we start entering the actual end/final stage.
3. This is a medieval-themed game, so there's zero chance of "onlyfans" being a part of the story. As for prostitution, there are a lot of slaves/maids (both as a main girl and as a side/npc); for the most part, they are treated very well - there are a few instances where they are mistreated, but never by the MC and his family.
And when someone mistreats either one of his wifes/concubines/maids, that person gets what they deserve and more from the MC (yeah, he's a bit of a hothead, in more ways than one considering his magic lol)
4. Because of reasons (if I say more, it's going to enter spoiler territory), the male population is scarce [only 1 out of 10 babies are born as males], also the MC is possessive of his girls and doesn't share - unless it's with other women, but that can be avoided by choosing not to enable the lesbian scenes.

Btw, the dev (Vanderer) rarely uses itch.io anymore, so if you want to know when the next update is and other things, then you'll have to either check/subscribe to his Patreon/Subscribestar or check it on the GameStoryLog website (or that famous pirate website)
From what I can see on the download links here on itch.io, the game is up to date with the current content available (the last update was Part 4 - version 32a), but I thought you should be aware.
Another thing (and in case you hadn't already figured it out), you need to play the game in a certain order: Part 1 => Part 2 => Part 3, and finally, Part 4 (and make sure to save where the screen asks you to; otherwise, it won't work transferring your save to the next Part)
Lastly, the MC will get a much better haircut by the end of Part 1, which will become his new default haircut going forward.
