Pretty fun little game! Loved the graphics, music, and the sense of humor. The slime controls took some time getting used to, but overall they were very snappy and solid.
The artwork was gorgeous for a gamejam, but made it a bit hard to tell what was background and what was foreground, and I kept running into spikes that I didn't notice in time. I preferred the dungeon area for that reason, as it was much cleaner and easier to read. That said, I loved the design of the protagonist and the final boss!
Some of the rooms also felt a bit big and redundant, and fighting the ubiquitous flying bees wasn't really that fun. After a while I found myself mostly just dashing through while ignoring enemies. All in all, it felt like the world didn't need to be that big for the amount of abilities and enemy types that made it into the game.
Still, it was definitely a very solid entry in terms of the graphics and the overall presentation. Good job!
