You seem to have quite a narrow and specific definition for the term "accessibility.

Here's the closest comparison that comes to mind: would you consider an arachnophobia toggle to be an accessibility option? Because I would say that falls into the same category of "changing visuals within the game to make some players more comfortable".

I think a colorblind filter, subtitle toggle, and gender/pronoun options could all appear in an accessibility menu and it would be completely reasonable. Why would a penis toggle be out of place?

Do you go to an Italian restaurant and complain they dont have Korean food and say "well, what if someone WANTS it??" No, you go to a Korean restaurant to get Korean food

Its the exact same thing here. You dont go to a horror movie & demand it be kid friendly nor do you go to a karaoke bar & ask for a stand up routine. I mean you CAN but youre not gonna get a pleasant response. At all

Firstly, I didn't demand anything. I said it's perfectly reasonable for someone to request such a feature in this game.

If I went to an Italian restaurant and told them I have a fish allergy I'd expect them to offer a dish without fish. I'd call that a fair comparison to Color-Blind mode.

If I went to an Italian restaurant and told them I'd prefer not to have tomatoes in my dish, I'd compare that to the type of toggle that was discussed in this thread. The restaurant may decide that they are going to serve the food with no modifications, and if so I will eat elsewhere and that's completely fine. However, if the restaurant wants to attract a wider audience, they'll probably allow for some modifications.

"I will go elsewhere."  Congrats. You agreed with a prior thing i mentioned

Sure, our disagreement was only on what the word "accessibility" means, or what should count as an "accessibility option".

I'm arguing for a broad definition: an accessibility option is anything that makes your game accessible to a wider audience than it otherwise would be.
I believe you're arguing that "accessibility" should only mean assistance for people who are disabled in some way.

At no point did we disagree on the idea that someone could simply leave and play a game that is more suited to their tastes.

Let me know if I've misunderstood your point, I don't want to straw-man your argument.
