As I've noted elsewhere, the lcp for NPCs Rebaked hasn't been ported over to full v3 functionality yet, and this may cause some issues, though it shouldn't be preventing basic actions from being usable. That sounds like it might be a bug on some other level I'm unaware of. I recommend asking Beeftime (the comp/con dev) and giving them a report as to what's going on. Eleonor and Stebb are both, as far as I know, continuing to slowly chip away at updating the lcp to v3 functionality, but I'm afraid I don't have an ETA on that, they're just working on it in their spare time.
