Gacha Slot Machines

Mechanics-wise, it's easy to pick up. I didn't struggle to adjust even as a first-time player. That said, I feel like it's lacking in the challenge department. It does have weighted drop tables and rarity tiers, but once you get the pattern down, there's not much tension left. Maybe consider adding a streak/pity system or some kind of scaling difficulty so there's still a reason to keep playing even for veteran players.

Vendor Kiosks & Merchant Shops

This is where I actually stopped and went "wait, that can't be intended." As long as your gold count is high enough you can just buy infinitely, no daily reset, no stock depletion, nothing. For something billed as a themed kiosk system with its own stock and pricing, that's a pretty big gap. My fix list:

  • Hard cap on purchases per item per day
  • Price scaling (double it) after hitting that cap, so bulk buying isn't free
  • Level/rank gating so certain items aren't purchasable day one regardless of gold
  • Unique icons per item instead of one generic icon for the whole shop, because right now the inventory UI is basically unreadable at a glance

Claw Machine Arcade Game

Solid little minigame loop, movement and drop timing feel responsive. But the "surprise" factor is kind of dead on arrival since every prize uses the same visual, so you already know what you're grabbing before you grab it. Swap in varied box/container sprites so the reveal actually means something. Also the claw's grip felt a little too forgiving once you figure out the timing window, tightening that up plus adding a pity/consolation token system once a player hits a spending threshold would make losses feel less like a dead end.

Casino Core — Gambling Games

Roulette's biggest limitation right now is single-number betting only. No split bets, no covering multiple numbers per round. That's a huge chunk of actual roulette strategy missing, letting players stack multiple number bets in one spin would make this feel like an actual casino system instead of a coinflip with extra steps.

  • Win animations for every game. Right now every win just resolves as plain text, and that's honestly the biggest missed opportunity in the whole demo. Casino/gacha systems live and die on that dopamine payoff moment, think coin bursts, reel flash effects, chip stack animations, screen shake on big wins, confetti/particle effects for jackpots. Doesn't need to be crazy, even a simple scale-up + fade tween on the reward popup would make wins feel tangible instead of just a number changing in a menu. Right now it's mechanically satisfying but emotionally flat, which is a weird combo for a casino sim.
  • Game guide for new players. Since none of these systems have any onboarding, a first-time player is basically reverse-engineering the rules through trial and error, which works for genre veterans but not for someone who's never touched roulette odds or claw machine mechanics before. Suggest a lightweight "?" icon or interact prompt at each machine that pulls up a quick rules popup, how odds work, what the payout tiers are, controls if it's the claw machine. Doesn't have to block gameplay, just needs to be accessible on demand so new players aren't guessing blind.
