This was my favorite of the three in the jam. The chase itself wasn't too much after the initial "uh oh" moment when you first see him, but it's helped a lot by the slow build-up of tension. There's maybe a better way to slow the pace than locking the player in with invisible walls, but it works for a small project. I also appreciate that there are a few ways to affect the story, especially being able to find the key under the box early so can skip listening to the whole speech on a repeat playthrough. The presentation of the menu as the website was an inspired choice. Also, we hear the story about the eyeless ghost and the cursed cannibal immediately before we encounter the chaser, but we have no indication that he's either of those two. He could just as easily be a shirtless homeless guy hiding in a basement.
