Played scene one and scene two through to the ending. What lands: it never tells you what Nico meant, and the "you heard:" mechanic makes you the unreliable one, not him. Scene two mirroring scene one (the same decision, once in the dark, once in daylight) is the payoff and it lands.


Notes: (1) the "SOUND: OFF" button sits first in the choice list and is easy to hit by accident; move it out of the choice flow. (2) after some choices nothing is clickable for a while and the wait reads as a stall, not a beat. (3) the A/B/C letter+label layout wraps awkwardly at narrow widths. (4) scene two third "WHAT DID YOU HEAR?" repeats the same three-option shape; vary it or cut to two. (5) "That is not a bug in the game. That is the game." earns its meta.
