Are you stupid bro? pepper spray has nothing to do with timofey other than he used it, and it is used in mass attacks, he was probably indicating for the people to used it, rather than the player, and the homemade guns don't resemble balliet at all, and in the US it's legal to make most homemade ones.
So what’s stopping them from scripting NPCs that attack us and can be fought off with spray? And even if the law allows it, that doesn't mean homemade weapons shouldn't be in the game—quite the opposite. In Unheard, for instance, the developers added the Luty SMG about a month ago. And if you think pepper spray or homemade weapons are references to Timofey or Balliet, then you’re weird.
