Hi! Could it be that the MSU version doesn't work on the Mega EverDrive Pro? It gets stuck on the "checking disk" screen. It's not a BIOS issue, and it works correctly in the Genesis Plus GX emulator.
You have to rename the rom file *.md instead of *.bin
