Neat! I love the arcade framing device and the transitions between the games and 3D worked great. I found an (intended?) sequence break in Break Out that let me skip the final red door 😁
The rolling dark horizontal line in your excellent CRT shader is something that only shows up on a camera (it's an artifact of the capture rate of the camera and the refresh rate of the CRT not quite lining up) So, unless the player character is a robot it's not something the player should perceive. This of course means your CRT filter is perfect for a CRT being seen on, for example, security cameras so keep that part of the code around!
Fun entry, I wish CRT shaders were tiny bit less strong
Generally good idea for an entry, simple enough to understand and get into
Thanks so much for playing and giving feedback! <3
I really liked your use of perspective shift here. Also your CRT shaders feel super accurate! It really felt like I was walking around a retro arcade.
Thanks so much! That's the intended effect and my favorite part of the entry, thanks for playing and giving feedback! <3
I adored the mix of 2d and 3d in this game!
Thanks so much for playing and giving feedback its really appreciated!
great visuals ! and fun little easter egg to have godot on the arcade tokens haha
I think you would just benefit from adding a message that says the games are controlled with keyboard arrows, I might have missed it but I spent a little time wondering how to play them
(oh and not that big of a deal but the hint/tutorial pannels in the platforming game close as soon as i open them, preventing me from reading them)
If you press E and don't hold anything else down the tutorial panels should stay up, if that doesn't work I can fix that after voting is done! Thanks for playing our game and leaving feedback!
Visuals were really cool, I love the CRT effect
Thanks so much for playing and giving your feedback! <
