The game has a lot of potential; the design of the majority of the girls looks phenomenal, and the story is pretty good so far. That being said, I understand there aren't any animated scenes, but couldn’t there be actual backgrounds? It just throws me off to see these 3D characters with flat PNGs behind them, and the game could also benefit a lot if it had an actual world to better visualize the story and give it more life; could that possibly be implemented later, or do you have no plans to do that?

Thanks for reading, and I wish you luck with this project.

Thanks for the feedback!

Backgrounds is something I am looking into, but it will probably be a while until I find a good solution. My focus is mainly on progressing the story and writing out far into future chapters. Though I will most likely not replace the sprite/bg structure as this is my preferred style for visual novels. It also lightens the workload, allowing me to put out more content, and keeps the game file size small which is important for mobile players.

I eventually plan to add a map (I love fantasy maps!) but I am not there yet. I need sufficient story points and lore to fill it out, while leaving room for locations I may need in future arcs. But yes, I would love to add a map to show you the world and have a simple one that I use internally for now.

Happy you enjoyed it so far and I hope you come back in the future :D

Thank you for the reply; I am happy to know that you are interested in doing that, and it is understandable that you want to expand the lore of your game before anything else, but I would advise you to keep it at a certain scope so that it does not become a pain for you later if you decide to develop the new backgrounds later on. For now, I will just keep a close eye on the game, but I wish you the best of luck in your journey.
