WOAH, THIS LOOKS LIKE A WHOLE MOVEMENT-BASED ADVENTURE! ๐๐ช๐ฎ
What makes Freeflier stand out to me is the freedom in its movement! The grappling hook, using your gun to gain extra height, and managing limited bullets sound like a really satisfying combination. I also love the idea of one long, connected level where finding the fastest route becomes part of the challenge getting home isn't just about reaching the end, but figuring out how to get there! โก๐
With so many mechanics already in place, I think this has great potential to grow into something even bigger. Clearer visual cues for navigation could help players who get lost, while continued camera and performance polish would make the movement feel even better. Building all this after joining the jam late is a serious achievement!
FREEFLIER HAS ROOM TO SOAR! ๐๐ฅ I'm excited to see where you take this project next, especially if you expand it into a full game. Keep pushing those ideas, and best of luck with the jam, Fopull! ๐๐
i would like to test it but unfortunately the game stars white and then close .
I download the windows version and the game doesnt start for me, looks interesting in the images but i cant play it xs
did some fixes, optimizations, and expansions after the jam if you want to try the full version on my website, should work a lot better and itโs playable in the browser so you donโt have to download it if you donโt want. just donโt submit a rating based off of it since it includes some more stuff from the original jam build.

Not my kind of game but I recognize it's well made! There's a cool universe, and the movement is solid. Well done!
Wow ! That was very fun! I like the gameplay and graphic alot. My only nikpick is that for a Games that i need to complet each Lebel fait sometime i hot lost in it
But very fun if IT was a dรฉmo i would wishlist it !
Performance + Multiplayer patches coming post rating period, unfortunately the public server does not work in the jam build I submitted but it will as soon as I can upload a updated build!
What a prototype!
Very complete experience. The environment is a little too drab and I did run into an issue where the camera just started spinning out of control.
But the game is very complete and well put together. Plenty of world to explore for a jam game, robust mechanics, and responsive controls.
And the sound does a lot to bring the environment to life.
Great work. Really impressed with how complete this was.
Thanks !! I solved a lot of these issues after the deadline. Unfortunately I joined several days late so I wasn't able to fit all the optimizations I wanted to in time. The updated builds will be available for a better experience post the jam rating period if you're interested in giving it another try ! May expand this into a full game.
Nice! I know the feeling ๐
Iโd definitely be interested in seeing where you take it if you expand it. For joining late, you still got a surprisingly complete experience together. Good luck with the post-jam version!
This has potential. It's got a good amount of mechanics, which all work better than I expected them to.
The grapple hook is pretty responsive and quite fun. Being able to shoot your gun straight down to gain a little extra height is excellent, and combined with the fact you only have a few bullets before needing to reload ensures its not an overpowered ability.
With a bit more development time, this could turn out pretty good, as you've got a good foundation to build from already.
Thanks !! Yeah I'm really considering expanding it out into a full thing. Though, I think I may lean for a more level based approach, with a big open ended level like it is currently serving as a hub between them.
