Additional feedback: I found the way the spaghetti bends a bit non-intuitive. Your top anchor implementation actually makes complete sense, you are holding from the top like holding a rope and letting it flop on the ground. But the issue is my brain focuses on the submerged bit since that is the bit that is bending. This results in an inverted controls feel, move left and it goes right.
Illustration of what I mean, what would happen after a left key press. In the bottom anchor method the top part stays in place unless you do a consecutive direction change, and the top anchor (current implementation) the bottom part stays in place unless you do a consecutive direction change. Resulting in a perfect mirror image of each other.
I don't think one approach is better than the other in general, but having a toggle would be cool
More like submerged vs not submerged moving. I'm sure you understand since you made the game.
Don't worry about it, I'm sure it's fine leaving it as it is. It's more for if you ever decide to remake it or polish it more. I know some people like doing a post-jam update based on feedback as a nice way to conclude the jam.
You did an excellent job. I would have done opposite controls, which would have felt wrong to the other group of people
this is a super unique and cute idea! i love using the boiling line of the water as the point of bendiness for the pasta; feels like a really intuitive way to convey the mechanic. it sort of scratches a picross itch in my head in a really nice way, with the need to plan my next move ahead of time and make sure i can fill in the rest of the pattern.

The art style is great and the idea is really good!
A level select screen would be nice in case you refresh the page or come back later.
Fantastic job, such a simple concept which works really well with the spaghetti theme.
Well done!

thanks for the feedback I can add an inverse control toggle for sure!
