Not knowing what your specific issue might be (I'm guessing this is a Foundry thing?), there's a channel on PilotNET for both comp/con questions as well as one for Lancer VTT questions, and it'll probably be easier to get answers there.
My initial suggestion would be to go into Comp/Con's Options menu and look for the Migration Repair Tool, use that, and then if it still isn't working to try uninstalling and reinstalling the lcp. I was also having some similar issues earlier, and the Migration Repair Tool straightened them out for me.
