The level of polish in this game is amazing! I have probably missed something about the strategy, but managing to have a complete line from one side to the other felt a bit random to me. But I had fun regardless, so who cares.

there are definitely strategies to it! some hints:
- when going for a specific line, put the undesired cells on top of the already completed portions of the line, not the incomplete parts
- if your cells almost make contact but don't, soft drop another cell from the top (regardless of the color) with the down key. the impact will make the ones below squish down and get wider
- if you set it up so that if there's almost a line connecting but there are cells of another color in the middle, you can use the spike cell to destroy the middle cells, which will get you extra points if a match happens right afterwards
- the pointy ends of the triangle cells are more useful than you'd think. and remember that you can rotate the falling cells
