There's absolutely none of the love interests hooking up with other guys as part of the game, if that's what you mean.
Some of them do have some previous experience.
And some of the girls have interest in each other that you can encourage or not (the culmination of which isn't in the game as yet anyway, even if you do encourage them). The primary girl is very interested in involving the other women, and she's not shy about it with you (but you also have the option to get her to stop talking about it).
(I've seen people flipping out on both those points before.)
As the MC, impregnating women who are married is kind of baked into the concept for the game, but it's optional, and none of that content is actually in the game yet (just one request so far, which you can turn down). If that even qualifies as what you mean by cheating. It's normal in the setting for these people to "outsource" the siring of their children for their political marriages; it's a whole things, and you're probably just going to have to play to get the whole picture.
But nothing that would normally be thought of as NTR.
