I have been trying out your latest demo, and it seems to have come a long way since the beginning.  I really like the introduction in the ruin, it is well-paced and does a good job of tutorializing.  I did have trouble completing the old tutorial in the forest, so I ended up skipping it; most of it seems to have already been covered in the ruins, so I'm not sure if it's still needed.

The starting forest is actually quite tough.  I find equipment a bit confusing, since it is percentage-based and so doesn't preview accurately in the shops.  Some equipment also doesn't seem to match the description.

Hello Midnight Spire, thanks for playing, I've enjoyed your projects in the past and I'm really pleased you came back. I've really poured a great deal in to the game and the full version will include the final improvements especially to the store and the way equipment is managed.

Which difficulty mode have you chosen and which equipment may be in error? If you can let me know that would be great. If you play using keyboard you can also press F5 to take a screenshot, that may help solve it quicker.

I've already made adjustments to equipment since the demo so that each item is stronger. They do have their own traits and the descriptions should reflect the additional effects. Send or let me know which equipment may be broken so I can sort that out.

Equipment: Descriptions always at the top and additional effects are listed beneath. RPG Maker VXAce is a bit behind on showing a better display for stats to the right hand side. More equipment is added over time and they do get better in terms of stats and bonus effects.

The starter area monsters will feel difficult and I've made some adjustments to how much exp is received by increasing the exp and adding resting areas in many of the areas where there are random battles. This way you may rest somewhere to recover without trailing all the way back to the Inn or using a ton of items.

Most of the rest areas have campfires now so that they can be used for crafting items too. I have tried to balance the difficulty, however, once you get moving through the first 30-40 minutes with the story, new members will join and you'll have a much fairer time battling monsters.

I've also removed the second tutorial. You were right, it was supposed to be replaced by the first one, but I kept it in and I can see that just makes it quite frustrating. It's a much better transition in to the main game now.

Hello Midnight Spire. I've updated Journey Galaxis. This update should definitely make things better with some of the features I had made already with the full version now included in the demo.
