Ngl after finding that, now I can't find "the exit". The one at the top of the map did nothing. I feel like at the end, the game just gave up.

It depends on what key do you find. First challenge on the "blue floor" in the one of the rooms. Second is on the same floor in the director's office. Third one is on the basement friege. Forth is on the "blue floor" office from the left. And last one is in the storage on the basement upper segment in the electrical room. After that you need to enter the code on the "blue floor" exit. Of cource there are hidden scene with another ending and three scenes in the chair room, but, you need to find random appeared tokens.
