(+1)(-4)

As a female player, it’s incredibly disappointing to see how you completely abandoned the female protagonist option in the sequel. Saying that offering a female route "balloons the scope"just feels like a lazy excuse to ignore your female audience. We exist, we play your games, and forcing a male-only perspective completely ruins the immersion for us. Your female fans deserved better than being pushed aside just because you didn't want to spend time on inclusive art.

Allow me to explain the disconnect.

Each CG art takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks to complete at best. There are 17 H-Scenes in this sequel, meaning there would need to be 17 more CG arts made. That's another 4-6 months of dev time minimum. Now we are adding additional female H-Scenes in the first game that's part of the Duology release (and male ones too). And we're properly handling whether you picked Jane Black in the first game during dialogue in the second game.

But to call us lazy? I take issue with that. We work incredibly hard. We don't ignore anyone on purpose or out of malice.
