Hi Andrea! I’m planning to use this sound pack in a commercial game made with Godot engine, using the engine’s standard export settings. The music would be packaged with the game and wouldn’t be offered as separate audio downloads.

Would this comply with your license, particularly the restriction on users being able to extract the original audio files?

Thanks!

Hi, thanks for planning to use my music in your game :)
That's absolutely fine about the license.

The restriction is intended to prevent the original audio files from being distributed as standalone assets, such as being included in a separate download, asset pack, music library, or otherwise made directly available to end users.
Audio packaged into the game's normal exported resources is something pretty much expected, so don't worry about that!

Please get in touch if you actually end up using my music, I would love to check and support your game!

Thanks for your kind reply, Andrea! The game is still in development, but if I end up using tracks from Neon Pulse as background music, I’ll get in touch again once I have a build to share!

The Steam page is now live! The game is called Everbreak, an incremental brick-breaker, and I used “Chasing Neon Lights” in the trailer too. Thanks for your interest! (Seriously, Chasing Neon Lights rules!)
