How did you interpret the themes?
Вставь сюда:
Dead Air Dispatch interprets the main theme, Genre Collision, by combining a real-time emergency management/strategy game with a radio-dispatch narrative and rapid decision-making mechanics. The sealed second theme, “Signal Lost,” is built directly into the premise: a communications blackout has fragmented the emergency network, leaving the player to interpret incomplete transmissions, prioritize limited resources, and keep the remaining network alive as the situation escalates.

nice game!

Turning a typing game into a radio dispatch desk works nicely. Every callsign is a pulse fired down one of the four bearings, and keeping the combo alive up to x9 while choosing between Amplifier and Time Dilation after each wave gave the typing a real tactical layer. The terminal look sells the late-night radio room mood.

Developer

Thanks a lot! I’m really glad the radio-dispatch idea and upgrade choices came through. I wanted the typing to feel more like managing a live situation than just a speed test, so it’s great to hear the tactical layer worked for you. Really appreciate the feedback!

Something that can spice up the game more is sound effects, music, and animation of the radio system. The game is still fun in its current state though :)

Developer

Thanks! Totally agree — sound effects, music, and more radio animation would make it feel much more alive. I’m planning to improve exactly that in the next version. Really glad you still had fun with it :)

I love it! only thing is that the has to be fullscreen confused me for a sec thought it broke

Developer

Thank you! And yes, the fullscreen requirement was definitely confusing. I’ve already noted that as something to fix so the game works more clearly without making players think it broke. Glad you enjoyed it!

basic but fun

Developer

Thanks! That’s fair — it’s definitely a simple concept, so I’m glad the core loop was still fun for you.

whats there is great, but its a very basic game. Not even commonly used words for education practice lol

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Fair point — the current word pool is pretty basic and not really designed around useful vocabulary practice yet. That’s a good area to improve if I expand the game further.
