Comparing this from the product I tested a few days (a week) ago was such a difference! I like the QOL and overall quality you'v achieved - and THANK YOU for adding a prompt of the fast forwarding stuff. Although the prompts are upside down on that one upside down time-thing lol (I kinda forgot what they were called)

Fun gameplay and nice visuals! Except ma time wasn't counted on the sky level the first time for some reason :<

I liked the ending! And overall liked the art, especially the character and mushrooms! Although maybe in the future tweak the rocks a bit, it feels awkward that they can cover a space that they can't seemingly (visually) cover

All and all, it's a fun game! Good luck with the jam!

(side note: I think "C" or smth would have been better with the dash but oh well!)

Thank you so much! I'm glad it feels much nicer to play. I decided it was okay for the prompt to be upside down (it wasn't a priority). The issue of sky level time not counting was the issue I found out 5 minutes before the jam deadline, so I didn't have time to fix it. I have since fixed it but I can't upload that version yet. As for the dash controls, I think the best solution in the end would be to add a keybinds changer like most modern games do, I suppose I just didn't have time to figure that out. And yes I shall fix the rocks, I completely forgot about them.

Amazing! The controls were great and I loved the puzzles you made with the mechanic! There was a lot of depth to it and I think it'd be interesting to explore the idea further into a full game!
One thing is I don't think the choice to map  controls to shift and ctrl was good, I was using all five fingers of my left hand and none of my right, it also made it difficult to dash and rewind. Maybe in the future map them to different keyboard keys.
I loved the art you  made! Great game!

I'm glad you liked it! By the way, thats why I also added [/] for dash and [enter] for recall, or you could also use the right shift and ctrl, so there was a lot of choice for what keys to use

very pretty menu and the core mechanic is the best so far, but the game needs a bit tweeks and also lacks music but its a very fun game, a 5 !

Developer

Thank you very much! I spent the most time on the menu so I'm very glad you liked it. As for music, I want to make my own but ran out of time. By the way, your game is really pretty as well. I love the handdrawn art style very much :
