Supercinematic, ominous, organic, killer, huge, metal. Feeling the space around me with thouse creatures lurking in the dark. Something spooky is definitely happening at that lake.
I love Mud Walker... gives me Ghost vibes.

Nova and EinelTheFox, I am just flabbergasted at this. I am totally blown away. This was such an epic listen. I really liked the first song! Fits perfectly with the theme. I am bit picky, but that second song did not sound close to the theme lol! It was not ambient at all. It was good nevertheless. Everything about these songs were really well done! Great job you guys. I really enjoyed the mix, the textures, and what not! But again, it did not exactly sound ambient!

The mix and instrumentals are immaculate, not exactly ambient, but epic nonetheless. I get like underwater graveyard-boss-battle vibes from these tracks.

Okay here we go, is this ambient, probably not entirely XD, is it cool, hell yeah its cool, sounds very futuristic as NOVA always makes those crazy pulse sound design stuff and the insane ear candy everywhere. Of course with Einel doing a rock/metal track and singing with the grey infamous cubase tracks, its a really cool arrangement, hard to see a secret lake not gonna lie but something very rough and futuristic and deep would fit great. The guitars and throat singing FX mixed together was very insteresting to hear , very creative take, well done !
Really appreciate your kind words. And yeah you're right, specially with Mud Walker the ambient part got a bit subied. Also we both decided on going a bit more with the general vibe of the picture that had something dark and eery in it. That was also part of an internal discussion and the whole reason why the original song I've shared before was entirely cut. But I highly recommend giving the instrumental version (no lyrics) a listen. There is actually a lot going on synth and ambiance wise that simply get overshadowed how the vocals need to stand in the mix.
I could tell from the DAW screenshots alone this was about to be outrageously cool. Nice kayak! Loved the end of Mud Walker with the acoustic guitar and the solo. Super creative way to drop into Bog-Born Stalker too. I think that track was a highlight for me.
Sounds more like an Alternate Rock/Cyberpunk Album, but it's still an interesting Album! Reminds me of the The Betweenlands OST Don't Follow The Wisps Soundtrack... I like how you made it sound like it was taking lace in a Swamp. You did a really good job at that!
