People are really something, bringing the patreon money without themselves beings patreons is a bold move, also that´s a free will thing people do they are not doing it by force. I just hope devs are not petty, if it woulda be me, every time I see people being disrespectful I delay the game 1 more week.

Also we all know that as soon as the post 1.9 everyone will be happy, then complain about a bug that want to be fix in 5 seconds xD

Oh I do not think we are prepared for how buggy the initial version of 1.9 is going to be 😅

Yeah, that is one of the risk factors with making such a huge update: so many new systems will all be interacting in different ways. It makes bugs more likely and it makes locating the source of those bugs more difficult.

A "1.0-level update" also sacrifices one of the biggest benefits of early-access numbered updates: the ability to test ideas on a smaller scale before dedicating resources. If the developer, say, made controversial adjustments to the game's art and revamped every scene and every game location, it would grow increasingly difficult to undo those changes. I think Kal is proud of his work, and I don't think he wants to undo that work, but the sheer scale of the update makes it increasingly difficult to correct mistakes.

I have concerns.

Sure it will be right, will be all fixed by 1.9C 😅 and there are always funky workarounds to all the bugs we got in the past...
