This was great - really enjoyed it and think some UI refinement is the main area to improve with gameplay being pretty awesome already and pretty happy with the progression options. Think this is the best one I have played so far this jam :)

Specifically for the UI, it is all very busy so it is hard to tell which are the most important things that I should be looking at at any given time.

Love the art style of this game.

I had fun with this, I enjoy the artstyle and gameplay you are going for. Would love to play again after some UI design organisation, and polish. But you should keep working it for sure!!

amazing art style. is the game inspired by advance wars ?

The SNES-style pixel art and simple, streamlined gameplay were excellent. Everything felt focused and thoughtfully put together. Great work!

One of my personal surprise hits so far. Shockingly addictive and not at all what I was expecting from the initial images.

Gonna keep this one open in another tab to return to over the next couple days.

It is fun little game. It feels polish despite of the simple gameplay. I played till wave 7 or so. I would like to see multiple stages and maybe boss fight! Maybe 1 stage has 10 waves or so. But that is just my opinion. The one that i felt off is the mismatch between firing sound and the actual firing. Overall, good job and very charming!

This feels like a Nintendo DS gem, in the best way! I love the theme and would love to see you expand on it. Great work keep going!

Lovely job. This game feels like something you'd find in the back of an old arcade. The art is AMAZING.

This was fun! I played two rounds. I liked getting new soldiers and picking my squad.
