I enjoyed exploring the Manhattan club and trying the opening moves of my first tournament match.
The travel theme and opening guidance make chess feel like a personal journey; larger board text would help in the embedded view. Great work!
I really liked the chess-RPG mix!!
Wow, i am having fun playing while learning chess. I now know about french defense! This is a very good chess game and beginner friendly. The first match is so easy for beginner, I literally gonna win while opponent had only a king and 1 pawns, i thought i am gonna toy a bit around with them, not knowing there is a draw rule in chess. Lol! Happy to play this. The encouragement and the assesment are on point. Good game, man! You got it!
Brother I havent had fun playing chess until this wehen i felt like this
Nice game, even for me that i don`t really like chess. Still i found it very enjoyable and very nice presentation.
Chess with an RPG career wrapped around it works really well. Rolling for a hint and landing a gold three-move plan (Bb6, then Ng4) felt like a proper RPG skill check, and getting +2 Focus back for finding the best move on my own made me want to think first before asking. The live move grading is a lovely touch too.
Thanks for the praises! :)
I'm terrible at chess, but the fact that this game was teaching me if the moves I was making we're good or not was really impressive! Congratulations
Thank you, that was the point, the game is supposed to be playable by even total beginners to chess.
I love chess and I think you've done this very beautifully. Can't find anything I don't like :D
Thank you for the kind comment! :)
