I see there has been another edit on the main post. I may be wrong, but was the "Currently 70% complete" added with this (seventh) edit, or was it there since edit six? Is the 1.9 currently 70% complete or is that still the old info?

I think only the part at the end is new, because it’s been at 70% for 65 days now.

All the new information is past the initial post of 70%, I don't want to change that % for the initial post so ill modify a bit.

I assume they still maintain that it will come out before GTA VI, as they said earlier; but in the event that GTA VI actually releases before version 1.9, what happens to the bet made about this in discord?
