There are actually two endings. Your choices determine whether Evelyn survives: if your answers judge her as guilty, she unfortunately doesn’t make it. If your answers are more neutral or you don’t see her as guilty, she survives. This is reflected in the heartbeat monitor sound in the hospital scene at the end.
