Hi, I have been saving everything to one save slot. Does this mean I will lose scenes and characters, or is each interaction playable in one play through?
Also, i installed the cameras at home quite a while ago but haven’t seen that as a mechanic or part of the story. So I started wondering if I erased storylines and if there is a way to correct that without using multiple save slots.

You can't really miss anything in the game. There's no such thing as needing to make special saves at a choice or something like that.
That being said, there are 50 save slots because it's important to make several saves in case something breaks. Although we make a great effort to squash bugs, we aren't perfect.
As for the cameras at home, after a few days you get something on Leslie's page in HELLo Love on the phone. The cameras also play a role later
