Even though people are hostile. Even though the update is unbelievably big. EVEN THOUGH there must be a reason for Kal not teasing people. It's still not an excuse for things being this way.
I believe many people (for example, a couple of my friends) who were interested in the game have just abandoned the endless wait. Simply because they don't wanna read countless posts to catch some "sneak peeks". Because the Discord server they joined to see some news about the update is silent. Because Xitter is silent.
I'm sure that many people have just abandoned the game because they don't know how long they need to wait. I don't support the hostility from braindead people, but some of them have a point. We don't need another "sneak peek" that half of the people, if not more, aren't even gonna see. We need to understand how long we gotta wait. A month? Till the end of the year? Something like that. I'm sure more people would be happy with an approximate date than with a tease without a date.
Building up hype for the game with teases is a great decision when people know when they can access it.
Maybe I'm in the wrong here. But you cannot tease a hungry man with a dish and never say when it's gonna get to his table. At the end of the day, he'll just get up and leave.
