That was amazing !! really unique idea and story.  Also felt a bit David Lynch inspired in the best way.

You catch more flies with honey, or in this case more fish with worms.

this won't hurt was an interesting little game that sort of reminds me of wario ware.

If wario ware was a horror fishing game.

11/10

Developer

Thanks and nice, I was actually thinking of Wario Ware when designing the game :D Funny to see that someone caught it.

Wow this was wonderfully disturbing. Even when I expected to get caught off guard I still got caught off guard. Short but sweet, great stuff.

Submitted(+1)

It's a short game, but the story is really interesting and surprisingly impactful.

Very interesting idea! I must say that having to cut off your own finger really caught me off guard! One important piece of advice for future projects: The fullscreen button on Unity's default web template doesn't (always) work + this template can't scale. I suggest   you to use the PWA template instead(Project Settings/Player/Resolution and Presentation/Web GL template).

Developer

Thanks for playing and thank you for the info. I'll definitely try the other template the next time I'm making a game. I've actually been wondering what is the difference between the templates, but never was interested enough to actually check it out :')

This was so eerie, and I was really uncomfortable, especially at the peeler part, I physically could not continue past that! I really enjoyed how the hands act as your way of interacting with the game. They were so responsive, well-animated, and it felt really good interacting with them!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your kind words, and yes I definitely agree, the peeler part is the worst. As a developer I've developed an immunity to it, but when our artist first delivered me the peeled hand image, I was disgusted :D

Submitted(+1)

When things when wrong in game, I had my other hand cover my eyes and moving mouse real fast. I think that's the advantage of using mouse only to play this game. lmao.

Well done with the atmosphere, I like how real life footage and the visual style together.  Bravo! 👏👏

Developer(+1)

Hehe yes that was totally the reason behind using only mouse (and not that I was too lazy to use my both hands when playtesting the game). But thank you for playing!

This was the weirdest shit I've played in a while, and I fucking loved it. It's always amazing to see what happens when devs decide to go kinda crazy.

yo this was fun, also the scene with the peeler messed me up.  #justicforworm
