There’s a gb and gbc rom available. It all depends on the device and/or emulator you play on. The color data is baked into the rom and an original game boy or game boy pocket will play both roms just fine in monochrome. A game boy color or game boy advance should respect the file extension and play in mono, but I’m not sure what the everdrive does under the hood. I’m sorry I can’t be sure of the experience. Thank you for your reply. By monochrome, do you mean the monochrome green like in the original release? That one is my fave and go-to color pallet. I have an original GBC, all OEM hardware. I still haven't finalized if I will get an Everdrive or EZ Flash, but when I do, your game will be one of the first ones I'll play!
