Regarding Smalt, I think there’s a bug involving her. Previously, if you approached her in the VIP room and pressed the action button, nothing would happen. However, in v0.2.4, additional scenes are supposed to appear when You press "E" ; I believe it’s just a bug where the game fails to trigger those scenes. But I think that’s what’s missing.
Regarding the ones that don't show up on PC: you need to interact with her. The ones you're missing are: interact with her when she's at the mini-bar, interact with her when she's on the pink sofa, and interact with her when she's on the gray/black sofa. Don't just interact with the table; press "E" even if the "interact with E" prompt doesn't appear.
