I loved how the story was presented here; everything lore-wise is entirely optional but it's all laid out for the player to find and piece together fairly straight-forwardly. I also really liked how the game looks with such a limited color palette; it gave it a gamboy-esque kind of feel to it. The sound also carried the atmosphere. The text was sometimes difficult to read, but I think just making it have slightly more space between the letters or making it thinner might help alleviate the problem. I can see what others are saying about needing more guidance, but I also felt like there were only two directions to go in at any point; if one doesn't work, I'll just walk to the other end of the hall. :) The game is short enough that leggin' it across the ship didn't bother me much.
All in all, this was a very solid entry. You did a good job here.
i like the design and concept art, the "blue" of the depth is good , good game , need a little more of guidance on what to do.
I like the atmosphere and sound design, as well as the concept. But I'm a little lost on what to do.
Seconding the text font, I can't read it very well. This is purely my opinion, but I think pixel art doesn't need to be paired with a pixel font.
Thanks for playing my game! Yes the text part is really annoying and the player isn't really given a proper introduction to the plot I will do better.
The style is pretty cool, I like this 4-color palettes idea and how you used it. Story was pretty good and I liked the twist at the end. The text was somehow difficult to read, I think because of both the font and the style of writing, or more like the combination of both. Or my eyes just suck.
Great game overall, really nice vibe!
Mb the text is indeed hard to read I just couldn't find a font style for that resolution I tried the orignal gba fonts but they were still unreadable. I plan on changing that, thanks for playing my game.
