Where is Chiya in the sandbox ? I can never find her
During Act's 1 to 3 Chiya is off doing things and only returns during story segments so she doesn't have a spot in the sandbox.
However, this will change during act 4 (meaning version 2.0) where she'll be around in the sandbox.
So in short, she's not there right now, but she will be in the future.
