Wow, so atmospheric! The art, writing style, and audio all blend together so well into one seamless experience. The sound effects were particularly lovely. Moving my organs was concerning, in a good way. The only tiny nitpick I'd have is a more stylized text shadow rather than semi-transparent black box to match everything else, as it stands out just slightly (but really? it's fine). The eye framing is so artistic, kudos on the creativity. I like the "look at your hand" mechanic, the idea of checking it in scenes and finding yourself to be dreaming? Quite exciting. Great work, keep creating. :)

Thank you for the review! Tbh the black bars were challenging to implement as is, but I'll brainstorm the ways of styling them a bit more. They can be turned off in the settings, though!

Gameplay starts at 20:13

OH MY GOODNESS, WHAT A VN! Love all the options you have. Art style/aesthetic, music, and story were twisted and gripping. The "ending" sequence after you finish the demo was comedy gold. I hope you continue working on this!!!

Thank you for streaming my game! I noticed a couple of small bugs while watching the VOD, so I'll make sure to fix them. My favorite part was ~1:05:40, when animations got delayed because of skipping and everyone started freaking out. I wish I was present on stream, to tell you that it wasn't anything game-breaking, hahah.
And don't worry, the development isn't stopping any time soon

Hello and welcome to Feedback Quest 9! My name is Hythrain, and I'm one of the hosts for this lovely event! I'm also one of the streamers, so both the game and this feedback are being done live! If you want to see the see the VOD, let me know and I'll link you to it when it's uploaded to YouTube!

As part of a change in my process, I'm actually no longer doing long write-ups. However, your game impressed me so much that I wanted to put this here. This is, hands down, one of the best visual novels we've had in Feedback Quest. Quite possibly the best one. It's so good that, outside of two small writing things I mentioned during the stream, I had no real feedback to give! You're doing an amazing job! Keep at it! I want to see more of this!

Oh wow, what an honor!! Thank you so much for this comment, it really made my day. Would love to see the VOD!

Apologies for being slow to post this. Here is the VOD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-qM-mTqk5w

As an aside, if you happen to have more of the game developed... once I've covered every game in the event (which will extend past the event's time limit), I plan to go back to some of the games I really enjoyed and play them again if there's more to do. Should you have more of the game that you'd like to see a first time reaction to, I'd be happy to include your game into that. Just join the Indie Questing Discord server and message me. :)

Thanks for the VOD! I messaged you on Discord just now
