Now I know how squirrels feel when they forget their hiding spots during the winter haha. I think the game is a solid base (because it conveys that feeling) but could use some polishing. The drawn art is nice :D

It looks very cute and I like the idea. I felt like the first autumn period was very short and it felt kinda random when the season ends. Maybe an indicator how long the season will last would be nice. But otherwise a nice game ^^
Thanks for playing!
The season progress indicator didn't make it into the game in time. One of the ideas we had for it was to just have the lighting change as the "day" progresses before it fades to black when the season ends.
The length of the seasons is something we might rebalance when we work on the game again. 48 hour game jams really don't leave a lot of time for playtesting :D
The art style was really cute! Also the idea behind this game is really good and well implemented!
At the start of my first playthrough, I fell out of the map because I didn't notice there was no fence :/ But after retrying, I managed to survive the first winter... I had 4 nuts for the second winter, but sadly it wasn't enough haha
Great entry!

I've uploaded a re-exported version for Linux that *should* work under wayland. If it doesn't please let me know.
nixos (usually with mangowm but does not work on gnome either), if you want to i could send you the logs (over discord maybe? assuming you are the one who asked in the game jam server about this). It mostly seems to be complaining about my video card drivers not supporting anything which is a bit weird because usually everything works fine and i never had any issues with that.
