What I would offer: start with one paid test card so you risk almost nothing. $10 for finished static card art from your concept, one revision, back inside 48h. If the style holds, the ten cards at $12 each ($120), and I can turn 3 of them into clean ~3s seamless loops as an add-on. Simple and readable is fine; atmosphere and lighting are where I am strong.
