maybe your device only has 4gb of ram, im not sure if minimal requirement is 6 or 8 gigs of ram
Based on my own experience and that of my friends, the summary is as follows:
1.The memory configurations of the mobile phone are as follows: 128+6, 128+8, 256+8.
2.My friend reported to me that he crashed after loading to the end, but I didn't experience any crash myself

so in all of those 3 phone configs it does not load at all?
Only two devices can load normally to about 95%, and one of them crashes frequently
