Nice atmosphere and (sound) effects! It fits the theme perfectly. and is well polished. I'm missing some settings like mouse sensitivity and SFX volume, but thats not a problem for a jam title in my opinion. It would be cool, if you see your shadow when you walk past the windows in the second room/section. Good game overall and well polished!
(The HOA jumpscare got me haha)
