Better than Starfield! Just kidding, i love Starfield and i love this game too. The simple presentation is so on point! The game could benefit from more lore added into  gameplay i think! Also why does the rocket fly so slow if i pull up the landing gear?  Never mind, i always broke the gear each time i landed on a planet though. Lol. Once i flied so high using the Jetpack, it took me a minute to step on the planet again.

I liked the idea, although I didn't understand it at first.

I love the core idea and with some polish, I think it could be pretty great. I think some core usability work could go a long way here though - The current control scheme, amount of text + small size of text, etc adds a lot of friction getting into it, especially for people with older eyes :P Remember that those games in the 80s usually only had a few basic inputs and much fewer pixels to work with so everything was huge on screen.

Honestly with a UX/Usability pass, I think this would be amazing. As it was, I still had a fun challenge going, launching, and landing the rocket. I loved the approximations of space physics with the stylized world. If you continue developing this project then I would love to check back in on it in future.

What a beautiful concept! I love the idea of a cozy procedural universe made to be shared with seed phrases, and the backstory about the person who stowed away on 7 ships is so touching. It's such a unique take on genre collision - exploration + puzzle + story. The idea of designing it for gamers 50-80 but making it feel like a real game from the 80s is really heartwarming. I got to 148 units and jumped! The jetpack feels nice. Lovely work!
