Hi all!

This is my first game jam, and I wanted to make sure that I am abiding by the rules.

I've had an idea for a game for a while and it matches the theme. I haven't made any assets, or started to code any thing (I've actually never finished a game before), but wanted to know if "thinking" about the game idea counts as starting before the jam started.
