Lotsa potential. Keep up the good work and youll have a good chance in about two months.

Things you coukd polish:

- Turn off antialiasing for the pixel art to make it not blurry

- Improve on the art (I know this is by no means the finished art, but just saying)

- some basic animations

Probably not, I don't think they're going to bother combing thru code looking for imperfections and messy spots, what really matters is the quality of your final game.

Probably. You might want to look at the Turbowarp Packager, to change your Scratch project into a submittable browser game.

With the jam starting in 15 minutes I was wondering if anyone had tips for a newish dev in their first jam!
