For a small first commission, my indicative starting price is US$75 for one simple fantasy item icon: a transparent PNG up to 512 x 512, one consolidated revision, and nonexclusive commercial use in your app. Layered files, additional views, animation, or exclusive rights would need a separate quote. Final scope, price, rights, and payment terms would be agreed before work begins. PayPal works for payment.
