So far, yes! You can do surgeries tho or drink pills but the Creator said they’d do a Female Character once the game is finished which might take a while. ^^
Sorry, but do you know if those surgeries and pills allow a complete transition in the game, or is this not finishe yet?
They dont allow complete transion, no. You still have your original genitalia and use he/him pronouns at the current maximum feminization.
