intel core i5-13600kf rtx3060 (12gb version) 16gb ddr4 ram and i had around 28-30 fps with ultra graphics and on dx12
The game is capped at 30 FPS, so it's normal for you to be seeing these numbers
So... That's why it's capped at 30 frames. If not a secret, Why 30, but not 60, or Monitor Refresh Rate(Vsync)?
