I love this game, but I was wondering if multi select was added into the game? It would make things go much quicker for me since I like to buy stuff in different colors. Also I was wondering if it would be possible to keep the child you gave birth too instead of sending the baby to adoption or the parents.

There's no mass buying in the game for now.. "Family integration" might be a long shot, there's other mechanics much more requested, that are still WIP.
On that regard, I've been reading a lot of "plz add strip club", "I want a lake" and else.
Remember that the public roadmap (backers have more detailed access) is available for anyone to check at the official web (itch forbids links, just Google it).
As you will see there, lake and strip club are pending but planned.
